The ICG software support services offer a comprehensive telephone based on-site or remote technical support service covering the most used desktop operating systems.

Our standard hours of cover are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. Extra cover is available to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on request.
